Frequently Asked Suzuki Jimny Questions - Mega Jimny

 

1) Where is your store located? 

Our main showroom display is located at Unit 7/21 Doyle Avenue, Unanderra, NSW.  Just one hour south of Sydney. 

2) I want to pick up my order, can I do that? 

You sure can, pickup is available 5 days a week. Just let us know a few hours before hand and we can make sure one of our staff is on hand.

3) How quick do you ship my gear?

We aim to ship out orders on the same day unless, we're on holidays (or on a Jimny adventure!).

4) Do you keep much stock on-hand?

Yes, we currently hold stock in two separate warehouse locations. We try to keep as much as we can in our warehouse - but stock does move quickly. If we don't have it here, we will get it in for you ASAP. In some rare cases, we can have goods shipped directly to you from our wholesalers to save transit & delivery times if its urgent.

5) I want to pay cash on pickup, do I still need to order through the website? 

No you do not, send us an email and we can organise a separate invoice for you when you come pick up your Jimny mods.

6) How much warranty do your products have? 

Each brand has their own warranty period of at least 1 year, although some brands offer more (Or even lifetime warranty).

7) Do you price match?

Unfortunately we do not offer price matching services on any parts we sell or services we provide. We pride ourself in offering our community with the quickest dispatch and the best service we can. 

8) Do you offer installation of parts straight onto my Jimny?

Yes, we can supply and install your new gear straight onto your Jimny - however this requires a date to be booked in prior as we are usually booked out for weeks in advance. 

9) Do you offer installation services for parts that you don't supply?

Unfortunately we do not offer installation services for any parts that are not purchased from us - even if they are parts from wholesalers that we also supply.

As much as we'd love to work on your Jimny, installing parts that aren't from us directly still leaves us fully liable for any defects in the parts themselves - even if we didn't supply those parts to you, as per Australian Consumer Law. This can get very messy with warranty claims, and it isn't something we're willing to do.

10) Do the prices on the website include delivery or installation?

The prices on the website do not include any delivery or installation services. However, they do include GST.

11) Do you offer different mix & match bundle packages?

Of course we do. Send over your big wish list to us and let us work our magic! 

12) I'm a little confused about a few parts being compatible with each other, would you be able to give me some advice? 

Yes, give us a ring and let's have a chat about what your plans are with your Jimny. 

13) I've got some questions about Suzuki Jimny's in general, can you give me some assistance?

14) Do you offer any other pickup, display or installation services in other states? 

For the time being, we only have our one location, located at 7/21 Doyle Avenue, Unanderra.
