1) Where are you located? 

We are located in Wollongong, NSW. 1 hour south of Sydney. 

2) I want to pick up my stuff, can I do that? 

You sure can, pickup is available 7 days a week. Just let us know a few hours before hand and we can make sure one of our staff is on hand.

3) How quick do you ship my gear?

Orders are shipped out same day unless we're on holidays (or on a Jimny adventure!)

4) Do you keep much stock on-hand?

Yes, we try to keep as much as we can in our warehouse - but stock does move quickly! If we don't have it here, we will get it in ASAP. 

5) I want to pay cash on pickup, do I still need to order through the website? 

No you do not, send us an email and we can organise a separate invoice.

6) How much warranty do your products have? 

Each brand has their own warranty period of at least 1 year, although some brands offer more (Or even lifetime warranty)

7) Do you price match?

Yes, of course! See the same product somewhere elsewhere in Australia cheaper? We will beat it! 

8) I've just bought a Bundle kit, do you offer installation?

Yes, we can supply AND install your new gear straight onto your Jimny.  

9) Do you offer different mix & match bundle packages?

Of course we do. Send over your big wish list to us and let us work our magic! 

10) I'm a little confused about a few parts being compatible with each other, would you be able to give me some advice?
