Shipping Terms, Conditions & Timelines

Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse based in Wollongong, NSW. If we don't have your branded item on hand, we will ship it directly from the manufacturer to you. 

We do not ship to any PO boxes or Parcel collect boxes. If a PO box or Parcel Collect number is inputted at checkout, your order will not be sent out and one of our staff will be in touch with you via email requesting for an alternative address. If we do not hear back within 5 days, your order will be automatically refunded minus our cancellation fee, outlined in our cancellations policy found here.

Due to the large number of items we sell on our website, there can sometimes be errors in the price of freight on larger items on checkout. If this is the case, we will let you know & give you the option to either refund your order in full or pay the difference in postage costs. 

Orders are generally dispatched the next business day from our warehouse after the order is placed and payment is cleared, however in some circumstances it could take up to 3 business days in busier periods.

You will receive an unique tracking number for tracking once the order has been dispatched. The tracking will be able to trace the delivery online. If you have not received your tracking updates within 5 business days, please contact us.

Delivery time frame vary depending on the size, weight and your chosen delivery location. The general delivery time frame is listed below:

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Buyers need to take full responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and mobile phone number. If there are any changes to the address after checkout, we will need to refund the order and restart another order as soon as possible.

Mega Jimny PTY LTD will NOT ship any products anywhere else other than what you have put on the order list once you have checked out your goods. 

Mega Jimny PTY LTD is NOT liable for any delay, losses or damage to items due to courier companies unless you have purchased our optional Package Protection detailed below.

Package Protection Terms and conditions

We strive to ensure that your delivery arrives safely to you, but we understand that sometimes accidents happen outside of our control.  

By selecting Mega Jimny's Package Protection you will receive a priority replacement of your product(s) if it arrives damaged or never makes it to you. You will be able to add this option to your order during the checkout process. 

Package Protection does not cover any theft or loss of goods after your order has been delivered. 

Making a Package Protection Claim

If your parts arrive damaged, you will be required to provide photos and/or video evidence of the unopened, heavily damaged box. 

All damaged Package Protections claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your product.

If your parts do not arrive in a suitable amount of time and/or the tracking has stalled at a certain location, please contact our team so we can investigate further with the courier company. If the goods are proved to be lost by the courier company, we will send replacement parts out to you right away. 

Please note: Normal courier wear and tear on external cardboard boxes is to be expected. No replacements will be sent if the box containing your parts has minor wear and tear from making it's journey from us to you. 

With every delivery, we are sent POD's (Proof of Delivery) photos, these photos show the condition of your parts. If your products are in vastly different condition between your given photos and photos provided to us from the courier company, your claim may be rejected.

Using a workplace address is recommended for any deliveries, especially for large and bulky items.

Import Taxes and Charges

Mega Jimny PTY LTD is not liable for import or local taxes for orders that are shipped outside of Australia. If you live outside of Australia and place as order with us, you might be required to pay import and local taxes.

These are subjected to the shipping courier company and local authority’s discretion. Please check with your local shipping or government organisation for more information or tax rules. We are unable to accurately calculate these fee's on your behalf.

Your orders may be returned to us by the shipping courier if you refuse to pay duties and taxes. When we received the return shipment in full, your order will be refunded with the deduction of the original shipping fee and any additional charges incurred. You will need to pay for a second shipping cost if you wish to be re-shipped to you.

For international orders, all duty and taxes incurred during custom clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser. If purchaser did not received the order because of refusing to pay duty and taxes, we will not be able to refund the order.
