Introducing the worlds first billet forward facing intake manifold to fit the K15B engine, found in our beloved JB74 & JC74 Jimny's - the ultimate shiny show piece for your Jimny.
This intake manifold was proudly designed in house by our team and has quite a few features built in to make it the best intake manifold possible.
- Made entirely from Aerospace grade T6061 billet Aluminium using a 5 Axis CNC machine.
- Able to fit either a Bosch 60mm or the OEM Jimny 43mm throttle body with our included adaptor.
- 2 extra 1/8 NPT fitting ports to easily plumb in a boost gauge or boost controller.
- Integrated OEM MAP sensor fitting port along with 1/4 NPT ports for both the rocker cover breather and brake booster vacuum.
The throttle body outlet is designed to fit a Bosch 60mm DBW throttle body, perfect for those who are running an aftermarket ECU and are doing a custom turbo/power build. We have also made a billet adaptor which lets the OEM Jimny throttle body be used instead (Just like our Jimny in the photos below) - meaning that you do not have to have an aftermarket ECU fitted for this manifold to be used.
Moving the throttle body location to the front of the engine makes airflow more efficient as air now takes much less of a route to get into the engine, pair that with a Bosch 60mm throttle body and your Jimny will get all the air it'll ever need for turbo applications!
As you can see from the photos, we still have the standard OEM throttle body with adaptor fitted as we are still using the AVO High Mounted Turbo kit with their matching flash tune.
Durability over time - The stock Jimny intake manifold is made from plastic and was never designed to handle any amount of boost pressure. Although it does the job for stock power figures just fine, the question is still there as to if they will continue to stay intact over the coming years for those who have turbocharged their Jimny's - especially those who are in very hot climates.
Please note:
- Fitment of this part requires other custom modifications to be done to your Jimny - For example, OEM parts like the standard airbox won't work with this manifold.
- The OEM O-Rings can be re-used, but we recommend purchasing a new set of 4 from Suzuki for piece of mind.
