Introducing the long awaited MG-X Drop Down Roof Parcel Shelf for none other than the JC74 5 door XL/Nomade Suzuki Jimny!
This one took months of development to get just right, simply because of how little mounting points there is in the back of these newer 5 door Jimny's.
Our parcel shelf features a drop down mechanism that allows the parcel shelf to slide and tilt down 25 degrees on the rear so that you can access the contents easily. Tilting the shelf down is easy - simply turn the supplied twist knobs on either side half a turn and your shelf will be able to be pulled towards you.
On top of that, we've allowed provisions for you to hang a cargo storage net easily, just like what we've done in the photos. This gives you even more additional overhead storage.
We've also developed optional bespoke transparent carry bags that fit right into the tray dimensions to make sure you don't overload your parcel shelf! Perfect for storing things like recovery gear, essential camping gear, clothes etc.
Please note: Transparent carry bags are still being produced and will be available for purchase separately shortly.
Another massive benefit of our parcel shelves is that because of how high they sit, your rear view mirror vision is not affected whatsoever. These are also fully rear curtain airbag safe as well.
